Cox & Blain Builders are qualified under the Homeowners Protection Act regulations and hold a valid Residential Home Builders License .Is an active member of the Canadian Home Builders Association (CHBA). We have demonstrated proficiency in residential construction, including the BC Building Code, construction management and exceptional customer relations. Cox & Blain continues to develop our skillsets by taking annual development courses in residential construction. This ensures your home meets and exceeds building regulations and is among the best built in any residential market across Canada.
Homes built by Cox & Blain Builders are third-party insured under the 2-5-10 Home Warranty, which protects homeowners from a range of construction defects.
