Cox & Blain Builders' Construction Manager, Justin is responsible for project construction and management, including controlling budgets, material management, providing day-to-day communication with the project team and clients. Justin ensures every job remains on schedule and within budget.
A skilled team player, Justin holds an excellent track record with strong working relationships with owners and suppliers. This results in a successful construction experiences. Justin believes in providing the best value for his clients, while finding innovative ways to create productive and positive experiences for both subcontractors and suppliers.

Garett Cox
Site Superintendent
Not only a Designer, Garett has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. As Site Superintendent, Garett manages the project from the start of construction through completion.
​
Communication is key; I'm a hands-on- thinker with the ability to work through day-to-day challenges and complex problem solving.
Garett's ability to work with owners of commercial and residential properties, developers, engineers, architects, code officials and subcontractors gives him the necessary skills to complete projects in an efficient manner and on budget.
Garett's communication skills with hands- on- ability to work through day-to-day challenges and complex problem solving makes him a valuable asset to the Cox & Blain team.

Garett was born and raised in Golden, BC and like most locals, has a thrill for the white capped mountains. In the winter months he enjoys sledding and skiing in the back country.
